Who are we?
We are Big Data specialists with expertise in Intelligence and Strategic Management. Our business design is customer-centric, aiming to understand their pain points and needs, and our experience contributes to solving complex problems. Our background in International Relations enables us to internationalize Brazilian companies abroad and foreign companies in Brazil, in addition to maintaining relationships with governments at the Federal, State, and Municipal levels (Brazil). Our purpose is to use technology to transform lives and businesses.
What do we do?
At Barbosa Analytics, we understand that the concept of Business Intelligence has several approaches, and the one that best aligns with our vision is the Lesca (Lescanning) method, originating from the French School of Intelligence. According to this method, intelligence is the ability to understand, compare, select, and associate information, always being alert and prepared to act. In the business world, Business Intelligence translates as the ability to capture, analyze, and manage valuable information for management in a structured and objective manner.
It's important to note that Business Intelligence is a subset of Business Intelligence. As explained in Thomas H. Davenport's book "Competing on Analytics," Business Intelligence, widely disseminated by the North American school, focuses on transforming unstructured data into measurable and organized information using statistical analysis.
Here at Barbosa Analytics, we have expertise in both approaches—the French School, with a focus on strategic readiness, and the North American School, with an emphasis on structured data. We apply these techniques at different levels to create effective market strategies and generate real value for our clients.
